US Retail Sales/Brand Account Lead

This role leads the expansion of K-Beauty brands across North American retail channels.
Based on a strong understanding of the North American beauty retail market, this role is responsible for identifying new retail opportunities, managing accounts after launch, and driving revenue growth. We are especially looking for someone who has opened new retail channels directly or has managed retail accounts with a proven contribution to sales growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify key retail channels and buyers across North America
• Create new retail sales opportunities and pitch Beauty brands for retail placement
• Communicate with retail buyers and partners, negotiate terms, and manage relationships
• Lead onboarding and launch processes for new retail accounts
• Track sell-through, reorders, and account-level sales performance after launch
• Work closely with internal brand, marketing, and logistics teams to expand retail channels
Requirements
• Experience in North American retail sales or retail account management
• Hands-on experience and understanding of the Beauty or Personal Care category
• Experience identifying new retail channels or creating retail placement opportunities
• Experience contributing to sell-through, reorders, and revenue growth through retail account management
• Strong sales communication and relationship management skills with buyers and retail partners
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets with strong ownership and execution
Preferred
• Experience with major North American Beauty and Mass retail channels such as Sephora, Ulta, Target, Walmart, and Costco
• Experience securing new retail placements, first POs, or launching new SKUs for Beauty brands
• Experience supporting the U.S. retail expansion or growth of K-Beauty brands
• Existing network of distributors, brokers, retail buyers, or key retail partners in North America
• Ability to organize and manage sales pipelines, sell-through data, reorder status, and other account-level operational data
