Tiktok Shop Manager

Forsit is looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to drive sales growth through creator affiliates, paid ads, and content-led commerce across TikTok Shop and social commerce channels. This role is ideal for someone who has managed high-volume creator affiliate campaigns and has delivered measurable sales results on TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms. Rather than simply managing ads or content, this role focuses on identifying which creators, content formats, and product combinations drive conversion and GMV growth.

• Plan and execute high-volume creator affiliate campaigns. • Drive GMV growth across TikTok Shop and social commerce channels. • Use paid ads and short-form content to improve purchase conversion. • Scale winning creator, content, and product combinations. • Manage promotions, coupons, bundles, and sales activations.

• Experience managing large-scale creator affiliate campaigns. • Proven sales growth experience on TikTok Shop or social commerce. • Experience running paid ads and content-led commerce campaigns. • Ability to improve GMV, ROAS, and conversion through data. • Strong execution skills with fast testing and iteration.

• Experience operating TikTok Shop in North America. • Experience with TikTok Affiliate or creator commerce. • Experience with GMV Max or TikTok Shop Ads. • Experience in Beauty or Personal Care categories. • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce channels.
