TikTok SNS Manager, US Market

🎯 About the Role This role is responsible for growing the U.S. TikTok account for Forsit’s new beauty brand. You will develop viral content ideas tailored to U.S. audiences and create product-focused short-form videos from concept through production. By turning performance insights into action, you will grow the account, define the brand’s creative direction, and build repeatable content formats that deliver consistent growth.

• Stay on top of U.S. TikTok trends and emerging viral formats, and turn them into content ideas that fit the brand • Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos that bring the product’s key benefits and personality to life • Own day-to-day TikTok publishing, account management, and content scheduling • Track content and account performance, including views, engagement, and follower growth • Use performance insights to refine content, test new creative ideas, and identify repeatable formats that drive growth

• Hands-on experience developing and producing product-focused short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms • A proven track record of driving meaningful follower growth on TikTok • Experience creating content that has generated more than 1 million views • Strong understanding of TikTok content, platform behavior, and emerging social media trends • A portfolio demonstrating your creative work and measurable account growth is required

• Experience creating TikTok content or managing TikTok accounts for U.S. audiences • Experience building the content strategy and operating model for a new TikTok account from the ground up • Experience creating content for consumer brands in beauty, fashion, food, lifestyle, or related categories • Experience providing creative direction to external creators, freelancers, or production partners
