SNS Marketing Manager

The SNS Marketing Manager will plan and create viral short-form content for key social channels such as Instagram and TikTok, and improve content performance based on data. We are looking for someone who can turn trends into content and drive SNS growth and viral performance for brands.

• Plan and manage short-form content for SNS channels such as Instagram and TikTok. • Shoot and edit Reels, TikTok videos, and other viral content using a mobile phone. • Analyze performance data such as views, engagement, saves, and shares to improve content. • Collaborate with creators to produce content and manage performance. • Develop content ideas that match each brand’s tone and the latest SNS trends.

📌Proven experience creating content that achieved 1M+ views (domestic or international platforms) • Ability to independently film and edit content using only a smartphone • Strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of social media trends and viral content • Energetic, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas and formats

• Experience creating SNS content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. • Experience driving follower growth or viral performance for a brand account or personal account. • Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro. • Experience collaborating with creators or influencers to produce content.
