The Sales Manager identifies Korean brands with strong global ecommerce potential and converts them into real partnerships and revenue through Forsit’s Creator Commerce solutions. This role evaluates a brand’s product strength, global expansion potential, budget, and channel fit, then packages Forsit’s Amazon, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, seeding, logistics, and Viral Hook-based solutions into the right growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Identify Korean consumer brands with strong global ecommerce potential and execute outbound sales. • Assess each brand’s SKU competitiveness, global market fit, budget, and current channel operations. • Package Forsit’s core services, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, seeding, logistics, and Viral Hook, based on each client’s needs. • Own the full B2B sales cycle from client meetings and proposals to pricing, contract terms, and closing. • Manage leads, proposals, contracts, and revenue forecasts in the CRM while building a repeatable sales process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales, business development, or account executive roles. • Experience owning the full sales cycle from new client prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing. • Understanding of ecommerce, marketing, platforms, SaaS, consumer brands, or global expansion businesses. • Familiarity with global ecommerce channels such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace. • Ability to manage pipeline, conversion rate, sales cycle length, and forecasts through a CRM. • Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience selling to consumer brands in beauty, personal care, health supplements, food, or related categories. • Existing network with K-Beauty, personal care, CPG brands, or brand founders. • Experience selling Amazon operations, TikTok Shop operations, influencer marketing, logistics, or SaaS solutions. • Experience with consultative solution selling or bundled service packages. • Experience building repeatable sales playbooks, including packages, proposals, pricing, sales scripts, and CRM operating rules.
