Performance Marketing Manager & Lead

This role drives revenue growth across multiple e-commerce channels, with a primary focus on Meta advertising. Beyond campaign setup and day-to-day media buying, you will analyze high-performing hooks, product messaging, landing pages, and the full purchase funnel to improve ROAS and GMV. We are looking for someone who can quickly test new ad tools and channels, identify what works, and scale winning strategies with strong execution. At Forsit, we connect creator content with e-commerce data to help brands grow globally. In this role, you will play a key part in driving DTC revenue growth in the US market through content-led performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta advertising performance across campaign strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, and funnel optimization to maximize ROAS • Build and execute channel strategies across DTC storefronts, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms to drive revenue growth • Analyze and improve key conversion drivers, including product messaging, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and the purchase funnel • Lead short-form and UGC creative strategy, running structured tests to identify hooks, formats, and messages that improve media efficiency • Integrate ad performance data with e-commerce sales data to optimize budgets, channel mix, product focus, and creative direction • Rapidly test new ad channels, marketing tools, and AI/automation solutions, then scale what works through repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related growth role • Hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns and improving ROAS through budget allocation, audience targeting, and funnel optimization • Experience driving sales across multiple e-commerce channels, including DTC storefronts, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms • Strong ability to evaluate conversion drivers, including hooks, product messaging, landing pages, pricing, promotions, and the purchase funnel • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to analyze ad performance and e-commerce sales data and translate insights into clear action plans • Fast learner with a strong bias for action and a test-and-learn mindset for new ad channels, marketing tools, and AI/automation solutions

Preferred

• Experience scaling DTC revenue for Shopify-based brands • Proven track record of delivering ROAS-driven paid media results for beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands • Experience running commerce-driven paid campaigns across channels such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Meta Shop • Experience driving repeat purchases, customer retention, or customer lifetime value(LTV) through CRM, email marketing, or retention programs
