Global Logistics Sales Manager

Forsit is looking for a Global Logistics Sales Manager to drive the growth of our global logistics business. This role is responsible for acquiring new logistics clients among Korean companies and brands, and generating new revenue and profitability by proposing global logistics solutions across ocean and air freight. We are open to candidates from Manager to Senior Manager level, with evaluation based on new business development capability, existing shipper networks, and experience winning large-scale accounts.

• Develop and acquire new logistics clients among Korean companies and brands • Propose ocean and air freight solutions and quotations based on shipment volume and client requirements • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from client meetings and proposals to negotiation and contract closing • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue and gross margin targets • Identify additional logistics needs from existing clients and expand account revenue

• 3+ years of experience in logistics sales • Hands-on experience in international logistics sales at a freight forwarding company • Experience managing the full B2B sales process, from prospecting to contract closing • Solid understanding of ocean freight, air freight, and international logistics processes • Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and generating new revenue

• Experience in cross-border logistics sales, including North America-bound shipments • Experience selling logistics services to beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce companies • An existing shipper or brand client network • Proven track record of directly winning large accounts or meaningful new revenue • Experience managing sales with consideration for both revenue and gross margin
