Global Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Global Logistics Manager to manage Korea-to-North America logistics for Forsit’s brands and partner brands. This role will oversee shipments, customs coordination, warehouse inbounding, fulfillment, and inventory operations. You will work closely with forwarders, 3PLs, warehouses, and overseas partners to make sure products arrive on time, costs stay under control, and logistics issues are resolved quickly.

• Manage Korea-to-North America logistics operations for Forsit’s brands and partner brands. • Coordinate ocean and air shipments, customs clearance, warehouse inbounding, and fulfillment schedules. • Work with forwarders, 3PLs, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas partners to manage timelines and resolve issues. • Track freight costs, lead times, inbound schedules, inventory status, and logistics performance. • Support inbound and inventory operations for e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. • Follow up on shipment delays, customs issues, inbound errors, and inventory discrepancies until they are resolved.

• 3+ years of experience in forwarding, 3PL, global logistics, trade, or e-commerce logistics. • Experience or strong understanding of North America logistics, export/import processes, customs clearance, and warehouse inbounding. • Strong communication skills with forwarders, 3PLs, and overseas partners. • Ability to manage multiple shipments, schedules, costs, and inventory issues with strong attention to detail. • Strong ownership and follow-through to identify issues, organize next steps, and resolve them.

• Experience with U.S. 3PLs, Amazon FBA, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or North America e-commerce logistics. • Experience in consumer goods logistics, such as beauty, food, health supplements, or household products. • Experience using logistics systems such as ShipStation, WMS, or ERP. • Business-level English or Japanese communication skills.
