FP&A Lead

This role serves as Forsit’s FP&A Lead, using company-wide financial data to assess profitability and support executive decision-making.
You will analyze P&L, costs, cash flow, and performance across business units, brands, and channels to improve growth and profitability, while strengthening budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
You will also develop financial scenarios and capital allocation frameworks for investments, new business initiatives, and global expansion, translating financial insights into clear business priorities.
Responsibilities
• Establish and continuously improve company-wide financial operating standards and management processes
• Analyze monthly and quarterly P&L, costs, and cash flow to support executive decision-making
• Assess profitability across business units, brands, and channels, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and performance management against plan
• Develop financial models and scenarios for investments, new business initiatives, global expansion, and investor relations
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, corporate finance, or management accounting
• Experience analyzing business profitability through P&L, cost structures, cash flow, and margins
• Experience developing financial analyses and executive-level materials that informed key business decisions
• Proven ability to translate financial data into business insights, improvement initiatives, and execution priorities
• Experience building or improving budgeting, forecasting, or financial management processes in a fast-growing organization
Preferred
• Experience shaping profitability and growth strategies for e-commerce, consumer brands, retail, or global commerce businesses
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on investments, new business initiatives, strategic priorities, or capital allocation
• Hands-on experience with investor relations, fundraising, and shareholder or board reporting
• Experience working at a private equity firm, investment firm, strategy consulting firm, public company, or pre-IPO company
• Experience designing financial plans and governance frameworks for overseas entities, global operations, or new market expansion
