Director of Internal Products & AI Transformation

This position is responsible for leading Forsit’s internal operating systems and company-wide AI transformation. With a deep understanding of Forsit OS, Compass, and TrendOn, this role will structure company-wide workflows and convert repetitive operations, reporting, analysis, approvals, and reconciliation processes into AI-powered workflows. Through Workflow Mining, this position will identify work currently handled manually by humans and replace it with internal products and AI agents, ensuring that Forsit’s “Sell Work, Not SaaS” strategy translates into real operational impact. Success in this role will not be measured by the number of features shipped, but by human labor hours saved per week, AI Gross Margin, internal product adoption, and the percentage of workflows automated.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, launch, and adoption of Forsit OS, Compass, and TrendOn. • Analyze workflows across e-commerce, marketing, client operations, logistics, and finance to identify bottlenecks in time, cost, and quality. • Lead Workflow Mining to convert repetitive reporting, operations, approvals, reconciliation, and client delivery into AI-powered workflows. • Turn business problems into workflow maps, product requirements, prototypes, and technical specifications. • Partner with engineers, AI engineers, and operating leaders to ship meaningful product value every week through the 5-Day Ship Cycle. • Measure impact through adoption rate, labor hours saved, workflow automation rate, error reduction, AI Gross Margin, and operating margin improvement. • Apply the Kill Rule to remove, simplify, or replace low-usage features and workflows, while developing Product Owners for each internal product.

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, internal systems, workflow automation products, or AI-powered products. • Experience leading 0-to-1 products from planning to launch, with measurable outcomes in adoption, labor-hour savings, revenue, or margin improvement. • Experience shipping products on a weekly or 5-Day Ship Cycle and improving them based on user feedback and data. • Experience using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve labor efficiency or operating performance. • Ability to define technical requirements with an understanding of data schemas, LLM APIs, automation logic, and system integrations. • Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks through interviews and analysis, then translate them into Product KRs, requirements, specs, and roadmaps. • Experience using metrics such as usage, time saved, error reduction, cost savings, and margin improvement to remove or deprioritize low-performing features. • Strong written communication skills to document decisions, product specs, and execution reports for executives, engineers, and operating leaders.

• Experience in fast-moving product organizations such as Toss or Notion, where both speed and product quality are expected. • Experience building and operating AI/LLM-powered internal products, workflow automation systems, AI agents, or productivity tools. • Experience leading company-wide AI transformation, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives with measurable time or cost savings. • Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, creator commerce, influencer marketing, or cross-border operations. • Senior product leadership experience in an early-stage growth company, with a track record of launching 0-to-1 products and improving adoption, retention, or operating efficiency. • Experience hiring and developing Product Owners and building product ownership models and operating rhythms. • Experience working with executives to define AI adoption priorities, automation ROI, product investment direction, and profitability improvement plans.
