We are hiring a Creator Growth Manager/Lead to build and scale our creator growth engine in the US.
This role will own creator acquisition and lifecycle growth across paid, organic, referral, and CRM channels, while improving the full creator journey from on-boarding and activation to engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
You will help grow a high-quality creator supply, increase content throughput, reduce acquisition and campaign costs, and enable brands to drive measurable GMV through creators.
Responsibilities
• Own the creator growth strategy across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement
• Plan and optimize US creator acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Test and scale growth channels across paid media, SEO, referral, CRM, and organic growth
• Lead Bloomkare growth initiatives across messaging, landing pages, social content, and CRM campaigns
• Build automated workflows to improve ghost rate, creator response rate, paid-post cost, and on-time delivery
Requirements
• Strong experience driving creator or targeted user acquisition through Meta, Google, TikTok, or other paid channels
• Experience optimizing ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and conversion funnels against CAC, CPA, and CVR goals
• Experience recruiting a specific audience, such as creators, users, or partners, and moving them through onboarding or activation
• Ability to analyze and improve growth funnels across sign-up, onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement
• Fast learner with a strong interest in adopting new ad platforms, AI tools, and automation tools in day-to-day execution
Preferred
• Experience growing supply-side pools in the US market, such as creators, communities, marketplace suppliers, or app users
• Existing US creator network or hands-on experience building one from scratch
• Experience using CRM, outreach automation, or analytics tools to improve acquisition and operational efficiency
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity across marketing, content, or operations workflows
