This role owns influencer-led growth for Amazon US and TikTok Shop in North America. You will identify the creators, content angles, and campaign strategies that convert social attention into measurable sales, then scale what works across K-Beauty and consumer brands. For Lead-level candidates, the role also includes setting campaign strategy across multiple brands, leading client conversations, improving operating processes, and coaching team members to raise the quality of execution.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer-led growth campaigns that drive revenue on Amazon and TikTok Shop in the US market • Identify hero SKUs, target audiences, and content angles that can convert creator content into measurable sales • Build and manage short-form creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Use performance data, including content engagement, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and GMV, to optimize campaigns and scale what works • Partner with clients on campaign strategy, budget planning, execution, and performance reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience driving GMV growth on Amazon or TikTok Shop through influencer marketing in the US market • 2+ years of experience for Manager level, or 8+ years for Lead level, in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or commerce marketing • Experience planning short-form content campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that drove meaningful reach, engagement, or sales • Strong understanding of how Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other commerce platforms convert traffic into sales • Comfortable using performance metrics such as CPV, CPE, ROAS, conversion rate, and GMV to evaluate campaigns, identify opportunities, and guide client recommendations

• Experience launching or scaling K-Beauty, beauty, or consumer brands in the US market • Experience with new product launches, 0-to-1 growth, hero SKU selection, or product storytelling • Hands-on experience with product seeding, paid creator partnerships, and affiliate campaigns • Ability to communicate in English, or experience working with English-speaking creators, agencies, or partners
