Amazon & Marketplaces Manager

We are looking for an Amazon & Marketplaces Manager to grow Forsit’s own PB brands and the growth brands we source or invest in across Amazon and key e-commerce channels. This role goes beyond client account management. You will be responsible for growing brands where Forsit has direct upside. Amazon experience is especially important, and experience with TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify/DTC, or other marketplaces is a strong plus.

• Manage sales growth across Amazon and key e-commerce channels for Forsit’s PB, sourced, and invested brands • Operate Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central • Launch and expand new channels such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify/DTC • Improve GMV, ROAS, and conversion through ads, promotions, pricing, and listing optimization • Use sales, advertising, and inventory data to execute SKU-level growth actions

• 3+ years of experience operating Amazon or other major e-commerce channels • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central • Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth in e-commerce • Experience managing revenue-related KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, or ad performance • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and quickly turn insights into action

• Experience driving measurable sales growth on TikTok Shop • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing Amazon Ads • Experience with Walmart, Shopify/DTC, Target, eBay, or other marketplaces • Experience managing PB, owned brands, or brands with direct revenue ownership • Experience growing global beauty, personal care, or consumer goods brands
