Amazon E-commerce Assistant

The Amazon E-commerce Assistant at Forsit plays a pivotal role in accelerating K-brands' global market expansion. This position supports Amazon platform operations, contributing to the successful reach of Korean products to consumers worldwide.

• Execute product registration and manage detail pages on major global marketplaces such as Amazon US, JP, and EU. • Monitor inventory status through sales data analysis and contribute to optimizing order processing and delivery efficiency. • Support Amazon Seller Central operations, assisting with customer inquiries and CS management to enhance customer satisfaction. • Assist in planning and producing content (images, videos, text) for the execution of global marketing campaigns. • Collect foundational data and provide insights necessary for sales strategy development through competitor analysis and market trend research. • Support seamless e-commerce operations by collaborating closely with internal departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) and external partners.

• Possess over 1 year of practical experience in e-commerce or retail-related fields (relevant internship/project experience preferred for new graduates). • Experience operating domestic or international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Coupang, or Gmarket. • Ability to perform tasks based on data-driven thinking and analytical skills. • Proficiency in office tools, especially MS Excel, with excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Experience operating Amazon Seller Central and completing related training. • Experience participating in global selling or overseas brand launching projects. • Ability to communicate in business English (primarily reading/writing). • High understanding and adaptability to the rapidly changing e-commerce environment.
